RULES:

1. Upon acceptance to the guild the applicant will be put on a minimum of a 2 week trial. During this time the officers will monitor your performance with the guild. FS hold the rights to fail an applicants trial at any time within sufficient reasoning.

2. All players are expected to sign for 3 raids a week, any reason behind why you cannot sign should be posted in the inactivity forum. Each players signs will be monitered weekly and players which do not meet their weekly requirement will face a demotion and eventually a removal from the guild if that players signs do not improve.

3. Due to the maturity of our general chat, we excercise an "applicants over 18 and only" policy within the guild. The content of this guild is excplicit and we are not going to be held responsible for younger people being shocked at the offensive references in guild chat.

4. Loot distribution is managed on a DKP basis. Attend raids and defeat bosses to obtain DKP to spend on items. Loot is handed out on a "Need" or "Greed" basis, whisper the master looter with your need if you would like the item. The player with the higher DKP or "priority" will win. Trials are allowed to whisper for loot as well.

5. Any issues with any players should be directed to the officers. Anybody arguing intensely, going totally emo or excercising agressive behavior towards specific members will be demoted and possibly removed.

6. You are always expected to keep your gear fully gemmed and enchanted, any reason to believe why you are slacking on this will be challanged by an officer.

7. We ask that members try not to pug 25 man naxx as we will schedule this in most cases later into a raiding week. Officers will inform people otherwise if they are free to pug naxx 25.

8. If for any reason we have suspicion to believe you are applying to another guild, you will be removed immediately.

9. Guild bank items are available to players at a 50% discount to AH prices.

10. Players which do not excercise the above do face penalties. These penalties include a DKP reduction, rank demotion, prohibited from attending a raid and guild removal.

11. If we have any reason to believe that your account has been compromised or being shared with another player, we will remove you without hesitation.
